Landon Cassill knows his way around Kentucky Speedway.
Friday night’s Kentucky 300 Xfinity Series race at the 1.5-mile track will be Cassill’s ninth at Kentucky. He has run four Sprint Cup and four Xfinity races on the Sparta course.
“I feel like I know every bump now,” Cassill said. “It’s a tough track to get around at speed, but that makes it fun. It’s one of the more challenging places we race.”
Cassill will drive the G&K Services No. 01 Chevrolet for JD Motorsports with Gary Keller in Friday’s race.
Cassill is 17th in Xfinity points despite having missed one race this year.
