“Homestead is probably the most different track out of any that we go to. It has more of an oval shape on the frontstretch, but then it’s as straight as can be on the backstretch. The preferred line and fastest line is right up against the wall, and that’s not the case for most of the mile-and-a-half tracks we go to. This is one of those places that I’ve struggled with, but we earned a Top-10 our last mile-and-a-half race. With our improvement this second half of the year, I think we’ll be able to close out the season with a good finish. Regardless, Homestead is a fun track, there’s a lot of passing and we’re able to really race there.”
