Balcaen Prepares for NASCAR K&N Pro Series East Opener

As the days count down to the start of the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East season, Amber Balcaen prepares for her first start in the series as well as her first race with the Martin-McClure Racing organization. The Canadian native will pilot the No. 39 Shead Racing, Glen McLeod & Son, Winner’s Circle Sports Bar Toyota Camry in the event. Balcaen will be under the direction of veteran crew chief, Doug Chouinard who has experience in some of NASCAR’s top series including the Camping World Truck Series and the Xfinity Series.

The Jet Tools 150 will take place at New Smyrna Speedway in New Smyrna Beach, FL. The track has hosted the inaugural race of the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East since the 2014 season. The track boasts a half-mile, banked, asphalt, racing surface where spectators can expect intense side-by-side racing on this two-grooved track.
