ARCA: Chicagoland Speedway Preview

The ARCA Racing Series will invade the Chicagoland Speedway on Saturday for the Scott Towels 150 at the 1.5-mile oval. The Series will make their 10th stop on the series tour as they head into the summer portion of the schedule. Mason Mitchell, who is not featured on the entry list, comes into the weekend as the defending winner.

A total of 31 drivers make up the entry list. Some of these include Tyler Audie, Daniel Suarez, Frank Kimmel, Andy Seuss, Matt Tifft, Matt Kurzjewski, Cody Coughlin, Ryan Reed, Bobby Hamilton Jr. and Mike Harmon.

Grant Enfinger comes into the Chicagoland Speedway leading the ARCA Racing Series points by 55 over Tom Hessert. Enfinger, who won the first three races of the year, is slowly beginning to find momentum after a stretch of bad finishes earlier in the year. Over the last three races, Enfinger has taken his No. 23 Chevrolet to finishes inside the top 10. Josh Williams, Austin Wayne Self and David Levine round out the top five in points.

Daniel Suarez and Ryan Reed will have some extra track time this weekend. Suarez will make his third career start in the series for Venturini Motorsports. The Monterrey, Mexico native captured top five finishes in both of his starts. Reed, who pilots the No. 16 Ford in the NASCAR XFINITY Series for Roush Fenway Racing, will pilot the No. 58 Ford on Saturday. Reed made 14 ARCA starts in 2012, finishing the year with one top five and six top 10 finishes.

Tyler Audie will make his sixth career ARCA Racing Series start since making his debut last season. Audie captured his best finish earlier in the year at the Talladega Speedway with a 10th-place run. The Florida native finished 18th in his last start at Pocono after running into some problems. Audie will pilot the No. 6 Dodge owned by Theresa Williams.

The Scott Towels 150 will be televised live on FOX Sports 2 and FOX Sports Go at 7 p.m. ET. There will be no radio coverage provided.
