EVENT NOTES

Corey Heim will pilot the No. 26 GEARWRENCH GR Supra in the DUDE Wipes 250 Saturday night at Martinsville Speedway.

The 250-mile race will be the Heim's fourth start behind the wheel of the No. 26 GR Supra in 2024.

Heim is coming off a strong Top-5 effort at Richmond Raceway, capturing a 4th-place finish.
Heim led 15 laps in the ToyotaCare 250, marking his first NXS career laps led, leading more laps than the team has captured in 150 previous starts.
Previously, the record was held by John Hunter Nemechek at Phoenix Raceway in 2021 where he led 11 laps behind the wheel of the No. 26.

Heim has a lot of success at the half-mile Paperclip in Martinsville, Virginia including two NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series (NCTS) starts.
Heim brought home the grandfather clock trophy following the 2023 NCTS event at Martinsville Speedway.

GEARWRENCH will serve as the primary partner on board of the No. 26 GR Supra.

QUOTES
“The Sam Hunt Racing guys have been working hard preparing for Martinsville, and I’m ready to run double-duty chasing two Grandfather clocks this weekend. We had a weekend at Richmond with a Top-5. They gave me the best piece I’ve driven in Xfinity so far, so I know they are putting in the best effort to bring an even better car to Martinsville. I think we have a good chance at a really great run.”

— Corey Heim, Driver of the No. 26 GEARWRENCH GR Supra
