R3 Motorsports is pleased to announce that Willbros (www.willbros.com) is on board the #03 Chevrolet in the NASCAR Nationwide Series race at Texas Motor Speedway this weekend with driver, Scott Riggs.
Riggs, a North Carolina native, will be piloting the #03 Willbros Chevrolet with crew chief, Stephen Gonzalez, making the calls from the pit box. Riggs comments:
