Harrison Rhodes finished in 30th place in Friday night’s Virginia529 College Savings 250 NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Richmond Raceway.
Rhodes, in the No. 01 JD Motorsports with Gary Keller Chevrolet Camaro, started the race in the 38th position. The race ran green most of the night with only 3 caution flags, providing few opportunities to make adjustments to the racecars.
“It wasn’t our best night, but we hung in there,” Rhodes said. “The car had a vibration during the second half of the race, and we never really got a caution to bring the car onto pit road the check it out. I’m excited to see what the No. 01 crew has for Chicago this weekend.”
The series moves on to Chicagoland Speedway for the Chicago 300 on Saturday, September 16th.
