On a day in which he and his teammates ran with the front drafting pack, Harrison Rhodes came home 22nd in Saturday’s Sparks Energy 300 at Talladega Superspeedway.
Rhodes, Garrett Smithley and Ross Chastain drafted together much of the afternoon. Chastain finished 19th, and Smithley was 21st.
“A fine day all around for the team,” Rhodes said. “We all had strong cars. I wish we could have pushed up a little higher, but all around it was a good day.”
Rhodes is 19th in Xfinity driver points.
