This race is one of my favorites of the year. First, it is an honor to race on Memorial Day weekend, which has become one of motorsport’s most sacred traditions honoring our armed forces. Add in that this race is 300 miles on a bumpy, pretty high tire fall-off racetrack that requires you to move around a ton and keep finding speed through a run, making it one where I can make a big difference as a driver. If we can do that and have the speed we had at Darlington, we will have a big weekend ahead in our Spiked Light Coolers Chevy! Lets gooo!”
