Landon Cassill will begin the final stretch of the Nationwide Series season in the G&K Services Chevrolet in Saturday’s O’Reilly Auto Parts Challenge at Texas Motor Speedway.
The 33-race Nationwide schedule has only three remaining events – at Texas, Phoenix and Homestead-Miami.
“It’s time to close out the year with some strong runs,” Cassill said. “We still have good cars lined up and ready to go. I like Texas, so we’ll give it a good run there.”
Cassill, who is 12th in Nationwide driver points, finished 33rd at TMS earlier this year.
Practice is scheduled at TMS at noon and 4:30 p.m. (ET) Friday. Qualifying will be held at 12:15 p.m. Saturday, followed by the race at 3:30.
