After a break for the Easter weekend, the Nationwide Series resumes its coast-to-coast schedule Friday night with the ToyotaCare 250 at Richmond International Raceway.
The race will be the second short-track event of the season.
For G&K Services Chevrolet driver Landon Cassill, it’s a chance to score another top-15 finish. Cassill has finished 12th in two of the past four Nationwide races and sits 13th in driver points.
“We always look forward to going to Richmond,” Cassill said. “It’s a track where a lot happens and where there are enough different racing lines that you can move forward even when your car isn’t perfect. It’s a fun track. We’ve had a pretty good start this year, and we hope to continue that this weekend.”
