Chicago Street Race Welcomes Mike’s Hard Lemonade as The Official Hard Lemonade of 2024 Race Weekend

Today, the Chicago Street Race announces that Mike’s Hard Lemonade will head to Grant Park as the official hard lemonade of the 2024 Chicago Street Race. A part of Chicago-based Mark Anthony Brands International (“MABI”), Mike’s Hard Lemonade will bring an iconic taste of summer to the 12-turn, 2.2 mile course in downtown Chicago, July 6-7.

Mike’s Hard Lemonade company was founded in 1999 with the single aim of making the most refreshing and amazing tasting beverages. Every bottle is bursting with flavor derived from unique blends of handpicked lemons sourced from family-owned farms.

The Chicago Street Race is a unique two-day sports and entertainment event with a festival-like atmosphere that exemplifies NASCAR’s characteristic fan experience that puts attendees closer to the action than any other sport. As part of the partnership, Mike’s Hard Lemonade will receive prominent brand visibility throughout the Chicago Street Course, including signage and integrations across the footprint.

“The Chicago Street Race is quickly becoming a staple of Chicago summers, and Mike’s Hard Lemonade is the perfect brand to help us further elevate that July 4th Weekend experience,” said Julie Giese, Chicago Street Race President. “In keeping with our commitment to the Chicago economy, we are proud to partner with their locally based team to deliver an unforgettable weekend for fans.”

Keith Urban, The Chainsmokers, The Black Keys, Lauren Alaina, and a special celebration of the 40th Anniversary of Chicago House music will headline this year’s Chicago Street Race in Grant Park, July 6-7. The Chainsmokers – whose Saturday evening set will include a special appearance with NASCAR Cup Series drivers – will make their triumphant return to the Chicago Street Race after weather forced the cancellation of their 2023 set. Additional musical acts will be announced at a later date.

“We couldn’t be more thrilled to partner with the Chicago Street Race this year. Mike’s will be the perfect beverage for the hot July sunshine,” said Ben Sommer, Brand Manager, Mike’s Hard Lemonade. “As a Chicago-based brand, we couldn’t pass up the opportunity to partner with this new and exciting event happening right in our own backyard.”

To further celebrate the upcoming 2024 Chicago Street Race, Mike’s will be hosting not one but two giveaways! Starting May 15th, Mike’s will be hosting an in-store giveaway at Jewel Osco’s in Illinois, Indiana & Iowa to offer fans the opportunity to enter for a chance to win two 2-day GA passes and $200 for travel & hotel. Starting May 20th, Mike’s will be hosting a social giveaway on Instagram to offer fans the opportunity to enter for a chance to win two 2-day GA passes + 2 VIP credentials and $200 for travel & hotel.
