Sonoma Raceway Tickets On Sale Tomorrow

Tickets for the 2014 racing season at Sonoma Raceway go on sale Feb. 1, and the raceway has retooled its menu of offerings to better meet the needs of fans and continue to deliver great value for Northern California’s top motorsports destination.

Tickets for all major events will be available beginning Feb. 1, including the Toyota/Save Mart 350 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (June 20-22); NHRA Sonoma Nationals (July 25-27); GoPro Grand Prix of Sonoma IndyCar Series (Aug. 22-24); and the FIA World Touring Car Championship (WTCC) (Sept. 13-14).

New for 2014, Sonoma Raceway will offer Buy-Early-and-Save options for all four of its major event weekends. By purchasing in advance of NASCAR, NHRA, INDYCAR and WTCC, fans can save up to 20% on event tickets. It’s the perfect way to guarantee the best seats and the best prices. In addition, all Toyota/Save Mart 350 weekend pass holders will receive a complimentary Friday and Saturday Cold Pit Pass.

Sonoma Raceway will also offer new levels of value for the Toyota/Save Mart 350, as tickets start at just $49 for race day. Prices have been restructured in all seating areas around the facility to offer better value to race fans. The raceway will continue to offer camping around the facility, as well as many popular ticket upgrades, including the Pre-Race Pit Pass for Sunday morning.

As a nod to the many families it hosts each year, the raceway will offer kids’ pricing for NASCAR weekend for the first time in 2014. Children 12 and under will be admitted FREE on Friday, June 20, for $10 on Saturday, June 21 and for half the price of regularly-priced tickets ($69 and above) for the Toyota/Save Mart 350. Children will, once again, be admitted FREE on Saturday of the NHRA Sonoma Nationals and the GoPro Grand Prix of Sonoma weekends and all WTCC weekend with the purchase of an adult ticket.

The best plan of attack for the upcoming race season is the 2014 Track Pass, which includes tickets to all major events, season-long VIP parking, a NASCAR Pre-Race Pit Pass, an INDYCAR garage/pit/pre-race pass, an NHRA Thunder Alley pass and plenty of additional benefits.  It’s the ultimate value with more than $1,000 worth of tickets and VIP access passes for just $395 (racesonoma.com/tickets/trackpass).

The 2014 calendar will also include the Sonoma Historic Motorsports Festival (May 17-18); NHRA Division 7 Drag Races, presented by Korbel (July 18-20); and the Classic Sports Racing Group Charity Challenge (Oct. 4-5).
