Victoria La Mala to sing ‘God Bless America’ prior to the Busch Light Clash at the Coliseum, Feb. 4

NASCAR announced today that Latin Artist Victoria ‘La Mala’ will sing ‘God Bless America’ prior to the Busch Light Clash at the Coliseum on Sunday, Feb. 4.

Named one of the “5 Mexican Millennials You Need to Hear” by Billboard, Victoria ‘La Mala’ has become one of the most promising artists in Mexican music. In 2015, Victoria made her debut in the US by being on Billboard’s first “Latin Artist to Watch”, as the only female and artist in her genre and was also recognized in People En Español’s Hot List, again being one of only 2 female artists and the only one in regional Mexican music.

Her single “Vete Mucho,” broke Top 30 on the Regional Mexican Chart, and became a female empowerment anthem. In 2017, ‘La Mala’ had chart-topping songs, international recognition, and major television appearances such as, Univision’s popular dancing competition ‘Mira Quien Baila.’ In addition, ‘La Mala’s’ single, “Si Va A Doler Que Duela,” was amongst the Top 40 on Billboard’s Regional Mexican Chart, topped all six different musical charts in Guatemala and remained on the #1 position during four consecutive weeks in El Salvador, a first for any female Mexican regional music singer.

In 2022 she was a part of the first ever Spanish broadcast of the Super Bowl on Telemundo performing live her song “Tenme Miedo”, alongside Chris Pérez & Joe Ojeda from. “Los Dinos”. Recently , Victoria was a part of the first ever All Mexican Female songwriting camp by Amazon & BMI, & the 2023 Teleton USA. Victoria La Mala is getting ready to release new music this spring 2024.

On Sunday, Feb. 4, racing begins on the Coliseum’s temporary, quarter-mile asphalt track at 1:30 p.m. with the NASCAR Mexico Series’ King Taco LA Batalla en El Coliseo followed by the NASCAR Cup Series’ Busch Light Clash at 5 p.m.

The third-annual Busch Light Clash is the NASCAR Cup Series’ season-opening exhibition featuring the sport’s top stars. NASCAR on FOX will once again carry the broadcast for the Busch Light Clash while the NASCAR Mexico Series Race will be on FS1, Fox Deportes, Fox Sports 3 in Mexico, and available pan regionally on Claro Sports and the D Motors channel on DirecTV.
