Rev Racing Heads North to New Hampshire

This weekend’s companion race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway will mark the first of a three race, four-week challenge for the K&N Pro Series East. With a brief break since their last competition, the Rev Racing drivers have used the past two weeks to mentally and physically prepare for the challenge ahead. And, with New Hampshire Motor Speedway 70 only a few days away, the drivers are more than ready to get back on the track and improve their season standings.

Collin Cabre (No. 2 UTI/NTI Toyota) – Collin Cabre will head into this weekend ranked 8th in the points. This past race in Columbus, OH, Cabre earned his second Coca-Cola Move of the Race Award after starting 16th and finishing 3rd to Theriault and current points leader Haley. Cabre and team will aim for another top-5, and improve on his previous 24th place finish in his 2015 Loudon debut.

Ali Kern (No. 4  Max Siegel, Inc. Toyota) – Kern, driver of the Max Siegel, Inc. Toyota earned her first top-10 in the last race, in her home state of Ohio. Kern is currently 15th in points and is set to improve her position in point standings. Kern and team have been working consistently to improve communication and track strategies.

J.A. Junior Avila (No. 42 Brialle Battery  Toyota) – Avila, currently 13th in points, hopes to also lock in a top finish at this weekend’s race. After his 14th  place finish in Columbus, the team is determined to find synergies that will lead to success.

Ruben Garcia (No. 6 Special Smiles Toyota) – Garcia, who is the only other Rev driver in the top-10 in point standings, aims to redeem himself after a discouraging finish in Columbus. Garcia and team have continued to make improvements throughout the season. There is no doubt he is a contender for a top-5 finish in Loudon.

Group qualifying will be on Friday, July 15 at 7:35 p.m. with the autograph session taking place at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.

The New Hampshire 70  will take place at 6:45 p.m. on Saturday, July 16.
