While Rajah Caruth, who drives the No. 71 Chevy Silverado for Spire Motorsports, had a fast lap of 29.863 seconds around the Texas Motor Speedway, his former teammate and fellow Silverado driver Nick Sanchez finds himself on the pole for Friday night’s SpeedyCash.com 250. Sanchez, who pilots the No. 2 Chevy Silverado for REV Racing, qualified with a time of 29.219 seconds around the 1.5 mile speedway. The truck’s of No. 15 of Tanner Gray and No. 18 of Ankrum wreck during the 20 minutes of practice. The SpeedyCash.com 250 will air at 8:30 p.m. Est on FS1, MRN, and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio.
