Rimrock Design Teams Up with Almirola & Wauters Motorsports for Texas & Homestead

Rimrock Design will serve as the primary sponsor for the No. 5 Wauters Motorsports NASCAR Camping World Truck Series truck at Texas Motor Speedway and Homestead-Miami Speedway. NASCAR Sprint Cup Series driver Aric Almirola will pilot the Ford F150 in both events.

Almirola has eight NASCAR Camping World Truck Series starts at the 1.5-mile Texas Motor Speedway with a best finish of 10th-place in 2010. Team owner, Richie Wauters has one victory (Kyle Busch 2009), five top-5 and seven top-10 finishes in 15 starts with eight different drivers at the Fort Worth, Texas track.

“I’m really excited to be driving Richie (Wauters) truck in Texas and Homestead,” Aric Almirola said. “It is the same truck we ran top-five with at Atlanta so I think we’ll have a fast truck. Richie and I have always run well together at Texas and at Homestead. We had a really good run at Homestead in 2010, leading several laps and ending up third. I’m proud to be representing Rimrock Design in both Texas and Homestead. They are a great sponsor and a super group of people. We are looking forward to putting the Ford F150 upfront at Texas and at Ford Championship Weekend in Homestead.”
