FilterTime to Sponsor Allgaier at Kentucky

Race fans will see a new sponsor on Justin Allgaier’s JR Motorsports Chevrolet when he takes to the track at Kentucky Speedway for the NASCAR Xfinity Series race . FilterTime®, a subscription-based custom air-filter service, will be on board the hood of the No. 7 Camaro SS for the Alsco 300 on Friday, July 12.

FilterTime allows its subscribers to take control of their air-filter needs and never miss a replacement by shipping the products directly to the homeowner. The company was started in 2018 by former NASCAR driver Blake Koch, who recently gained a business partner in Dale Earnhardt Jr.

“When I first started FilterTime, I always had a dream of seeing the logo on race car,” said Koch. “As this company has expanded and developed over the last year, and with Dale Jr. now being my partner, we’ve grown this company and have had so much fun with it. I’m proud to say that I’m able to accomplish that dream. It’s a feeling that still doesn’t feel real yet. I think it will finally hit me when I see it on the race track.”

What’s unique about this partnership for Kentucky is the bond that the FilterTime founder shares with Allgaier. The two have not only been competitors on the track, but also friends for many years.

“This best part is I’m able to sponsor one of my best friends,” continued Koch. “Justin has been with me since day one when I first told him about my idea of FilterTime. I’ve always had his support.”

Allgaier was one of FilterTime’s first customers, and he and his daughter Harper are also featured in photos on the company’s website www.FilterTime.com. In honor of FilterTime’s partnership with JR Motorsports for the Kentucky race, new customers who sign up can get 20 percent off their first order by using the discount code JRM7.

“When Blake first came to me with the idea of FilterTime, I was super excited to see his new venture take off. I could tell by his excitement and his in-depth planning, it was going to be an instant success, and after partnering with Dale Jr, that vision and dream only strengthened,” said Allgaier.

“Blake is not only a great friend, but a truly genuine person with an infectious personality that loves the sport so much. Being able to represent his and Dale’s company at Kentucky is truly an honor for me. I would love nothing more than to get the FilterTime Camaro to Victory Lane in its maiden voyage.”

Allgaier might be able to do just that as he has a strong history of performing well at Kentucky Speedway. In 12 NXS starts at the 1.5-mile track, the 33-year-old driver has four top-five and eight top-10 finishes, including a fourth-place effort in his most recent start there last year.

The Alsco 300 at Kentucky Speedway will air on Friday, July 12 at 7:30 p.m. ET on NBCSN.
