NASCAR has reinstated Brian R. Allen, a crew member in the NASCAR XFINITY Series.
On September 30, 2015, Allen was found to have violated Sections 7.5 (Violation of the NASCAR Code of Conduct) and 12-1 (actions detrimental to stock car racing) of the NASCAR Rule Book.
