Dover International Speedway, known as the Monster Mile, presents one of the toughest tests of the NASCAR Xfinity season.
Relatively short (one mile) but high-banked and very fast, Dover provides very little rest for drivers.
Harrison Rhodes returns to the track for his third Xfinity race in Saturday’s Hisense 200. He finished 26th at Dover in the spring.
“It’s one of the fastest smaller tracks we go to all year,” Rhodes said of Dover. “You have to hit your marks consistently, stay on the throttle hard through the corners and keep your eye out for accidents. You can get in trouble there in a hurry.”
