EVENT NOTES

Corey Heim will pilot the No. 26 Yahoo GR Supra in the HyVee Perks 250 on Saturday afternoon at Iowa Speedway.

Heim will make his 11th career NXS start this weekend at Iowa Speedway, his seventh start of the season.

Heim, the 2023 NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series (NCTS) Regular Season Champion, is hot off of another NCTS win at World Wide Technology Raceway in Madison, Illinois.
Heim has collected four wins in the Truck Series so far this season, including wins on a road course, an intermediate-style track, and short tracks.

The 21-year-old collected his career-best NXS finish earlier this season at Richmond Raceway, capturing a fourth-place finish at team owner Sam Hunt's home track.
Heim led 15 laps during the ToyotaCare 250, making him the leader in laps led in the team's organizational history.

Sam Hunt Racing recently announced a 3-race primary partnership with Yahoo for the next three upcoming races.
Corey Heim will pilot the No. 26 Yahoo GR Supra at Iowa Speedway and New Hampshire Motor Speedway.
Tyler Reddick will compete at Nashville Superspeedway in the No. 26 machine.

QUOTES

“I’ve been to Iowa Speedway twice with ARCA, and I really enjoyed my days there. That place is well-known for being a very wide racetrack, and there has been a lot of good racing around that place in the past. I had a lot of fun with my two starts there. Unfortunately, they had to repave it, so I think that’ll kind of mix things up. No one really knows what to expect, and I look forward to adapting.”
