Landon Cassill is only 26 years old but he already has a long resume at Bristol Motor Speedway.
Friday night’s Food City 300 at BMS will be Cassill’s 15th race at the track. He has run in nine Sprint Cup and five Xfinity Series events at the tough half-mile.
“I’ve piled up a bunch of laps around that track,” Cassill said. “And it never gets easier. It’s one of the toughest tracks we run on. There’s no time to rest – the laps are so short and so fast.”
Cassill finished 28th in the series’ first visit to Bristol this season in mid-April and will be out to improve on that run in the G&K Services Chevrolet Friday.
