VF Imagewear Extends Partnership with No. 3 NASCAR XFINITY Series Program

VF Imagewear, Inc., a leading manufacturer of workwear apparel and a division of VF Corporation, the world’s largest apparel company, announced today it has renewed its partnership with Richard Childress Racing’s No. 3 XFINITY Series program and driver Ty Dillon for the 2015 season. VF Imagewear’s brands, including Red Kap, Bulwark, Horace Small and Wrangler Workwear, will be featured as primary sponsors for select XFINITY Series races in 2015.

Red Kap is also the official workwear provider for RCR and ECR Engines employees.

“We are proud to further our long-standing relationship with VF Imagewear,” said Richard Childress, Chairman and CEO of RCR. “Through this partnership, VF Imagewear has driven customer connections to their industry-leading brands and services. We will continue to showcase VF Imagewear’s powerful workwear brands, which have outfitted millions of Americans in a wide variety of industries.”

VF Imagewear will continue to utilize its partnership with RCR to grow its already powerful brands, entertain VIP guests, showcase its products and explore new markets through business-to-business opportunities.

“This partnership has exceeded our expectations,” said Brett Barthel, Vice President of US Sales. “It has proven to be a great model for elevating our brands and building key relationships in our business. We are excited to extend our partnership with RCR, Ty and the iconic No. 3.”

Dillon, who finished fifth in the 2014 driver point standings, will race full time in the XFINITY Series for the second-consecutive season.

“In NASCAR, it’s important to have products that are durable and dependable. Brands like Red Kap, Bulwark, Horace Small and Wrangler Workwear fit both of those categories perfectly,” Dillon said. “We’re looking for every advantage we can get as a race team, and it starts with comfortable and reliable apparel.”
