Josh Reaume and the No.87 Rick Ware Racing team came into Friday’s NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) event at Richmond with high hopes that a second visit to the Virginia short track could deliver a good performance.
Sadly, all hopes of a solid finish went up in smoke on lap 85. Reaume battled his way into the top 30 after a 39th place qualifying effort. The Redlands, CA native stayed out of trouble while the Rick Ware Racing team adjusted on the car. But on lap 85 Reaume’s No.87 went up in smoke with a blown engine, ending his night early.
