In classic Kyle Busch style no one had anything for him tonight leading every lap from the pole to take the checkered flag. Calling it dominating is nothing short of an accomplishment while sailing off during each of the six green flags that fell tonight.
Chase Elliott and Kevin Harvick took several shots at Busch trying to break down his domination, each coming up short to finish in the second and third spots respectively.
“We didn’t win, we were one spot short in the spring and again tonight” Said Elliott
Ryan Blaney who battled all night up front and at times cutting down the lead Busch had over him brought home a fourth place finish.
With just eight races left on the Nationwide Series calendar Elliott will lead out of Richmond with a nineteen marker lead over team mate Regan Smith who came home in the sixth spot tonight.
