Viva Motorsports is pleased to announce a partnership with SS Green Light Racing for the remainder of the 2014 NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) season, starting April 11th at Darlington International Raceway. The partnership between the two teams will enable multiple drivers to get behind the wheel of the No.55 Chevrolet Camaro throughout the full 2014 NNS season. The driver lineup will include current driver Jamie Dick, while additional drivers will be announced at a later date.
“SS green light racing has been a staple in the Truck Series for a long time,” said Jamie Dick. “I have the upmost respect for Bobby and how he runs his race team. When he came to me about venturing into the Nationwide Series I was more then happy to come on board. Bobby has helped me out tremendously throughout the years in both my driving career and in starting my own race team.”
This is not the first time Viva Motorsports and SS Green Light Racing have teamed up together; in 2009 Jamie Dick made his debut in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) driving for team owner Bobby Dotter and SS Green Light Racing.
“I’m really looking forward to working with Jamie and everyone at Viva Motorsports,” said Bobby Dotter. “They are a great group of people, and have lots of experience in the Nationwide Series that we can learn from.”
