Landon Cassill hopes to continue a solid start to the 2014 Nationwide Series season Saturday in the Boyd Gaming 300 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
“Vegas isn’t really a ‘gamble’ for us,” Cassill said. “We usually have good cars there, and I like the track. It’s bumpy and hard to get a handle on, but I like the challenge of that. It makes for a fun afternoon.”
Two races into the season, Cassill sits 13th in Nationwide points in the G&K Services Car 01.
The last two Nationwide races at LVMS have been won by series regulars – Ricky Stenhouse Jr. in 2012 and Sam Hornish Jr. in 2013.
