Dexter Stacey back on track

NASCAR Nationwide Series rookie, Dexter Stacey, will be back behind the wheel of the #92 KH Motorsports Ford Mustang for the October 11th race at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

 

It has been nearly three months since Stacey has been on the race track. Due to other business ventures, Stacey’s primary sponsor, MaddiesPlaceRocks.com, was forced to temporarily pull funding from the #92 team. The July 21st Chicagoland race was the last race for Stacey and KH Motorsports in which they climbed from 40th place to 29th while struggling with a bent sway bar.

 

With MaddiesPlaceRocks.com back on the #92 Ford Mustang, Dexter Stacey is excited to race at Charlotte Motor Speedway for the second time this season.

 

“I’m pretty pumped about being able to get back on track after the time off, but I also know it will take some time to get back up to speed. Charlotte is one of my favorite miles and a half tracks. Being able to race the #92 MaddiesPlaceRocks.com Ford at Charlotte for the second time this season, we should be able to leave there with a pretty awesome top 20 finish.”

 

Currently, the rest of the 2013 season is unknown for Stacey and KH Motorsports. Stacey’s goal is to continue to find funding for the last three races of the year along with securing sponsorship for the 2014 race season.
