Strong customer focus is a leading initiative at International Speedway Corporation (“ISC”). In recognition of its efforts, the Company was awarded the Gartner & 1to1 Media CRM Excellence Award in Integrated Marketing today at the Gartner Customer 360 Summit.
ISC was recognized for achieving its goal of becoming a lifecycle, or “relationship” marketer, and most effectively achieving an integrated marketing initiative. The company was also recognized for achieving a 360-degree view of each customer and prospect, which enhanced the quality and reliability of consumer data.
