This coming Saturday night, July 27 Mahoning Valley Speedway presents the annual Fan Appreciation Night take 2 starting at 5:00 pm.
The event was originally slated for June 1 but unfortunately Mother Nature had other plans as rain cancelled the popular $8 admission night.
With that July 27 was designated as the redo and as initially planned it will be a meet and greet for fans with all track classes, Modifieds, Late Models, Street Stocks, Sportsman Modifieds, Pro 4s and Hobby Stocks during intermission.
Plus the popular area band GirlCrue will be performing before the races start and again during the extended intermission.
Best of all it’s all at a reduced admission price of $8 admission.
Fan Appreciation Night is traditionally one of the biggest race nights of each season. Everyone from fans to drivers look forward to this special evening. The great discount at the front gate, the great racing and especially the great intermission. Teams are loaded up with all sorts of handouts in addition to autographs and snapshots aplenty.
Mahoning Valley Speedway will not only be engaged with $8 admission Fan Appreciation Night but they’ll also be working the crowd at Pocono Raceway all weekend as part of a special cross promotion in conjunction with the upcoming ARCA Menards Series FORTS USA 150, NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series Gander RV 150 and Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Gander RV 400.
Throughout this weekend Mahoning Valley Speedway will have a special display located under the main grandstands.
Because of the special extended intermission which is geared to accommodate all fans and race cars, the start time is moved up to 5:00 pm. Front gates will open at 3:30.
Pit gates will open at 11:30 am. Early paid practice will be held from noon to 2:45. Regular warmups will start at 3:15. Driver sign-ins are from 2:00 – 3:15. Heats start at 5:00.
Coming up on Saturday, August 3 will be the 3rd Annual Bill Teel Memorial 4-16s for Modifieds along with Late Models, Street Stocks, Pro 4s and Hobby Stocks. August 3 race time returns to the regular 6:00 pm start.
