Post Race Inspection Shuffles Late Model Finishing Order at Dominion Raceway

After Saturday’s 100 lap late model race at Dominion Raceway our post race inspection found that the (#01) driven by Sergio Pena had a carburetor assembly that was not rules compliant.  Pena has been disqualified and the revised finishing order is below.
 
In addition, drivers Tyler Hughes (#08) and (#11) Jeff Oakley have been placed on 2 weeks probation as a result of events that occurred after the race.  
 
David Polenz (#33) has been suspended indefinitely and fined $500 as a result of events that occurred after the race.  Additional penalties may be forthcoming pending further investigation.
 
All other finishing orders have been certified.
