Phoenix Raceway announced today a partnership with Portacool, LLC, the worldwide manufacturing leader of portable evaporative coolers, to bring race fans cooling comfort this race season as the official outdoor cooling provider for the track. Thanks to this partnership, fans will be able to take advantage of Portacool evaporative coolers throughout the facility.
“We are excited to bring Portacool’s technology to Phoenix Raceway and provide added comfort to our race fans through this terrific partnership,” said Phoenix Raceway President Bryan R. Sperber. “Being able to provide this extra amenity is a great way to complement our fan’s overall race day experience.”
Maximum cooling will be provided thanks to the fact that Portacool evaporative coolers are exclusively equipped with USA-made KUUL Comfort™ evaporative media. KUUL is the official evaporative cooling media of Phoenix Raceway and also produces KUUL Control™ evaporative media for residential and industrial uses.

Portacool will be on the DC Solar Power Pavilion (formerly Fan Midway) to showcase their portable evaporative cooler series and educate fans on the benefits of evaporative cooling during the March 17-19 Camping World 500 NASCAR race week. This multi-year partnership will have Portacool’s technology available throughout the track at future races as well.
