Bristol launches news “Lawn Party” Interactive Zone

A block party for adults 21 and older is coming to Bristol Motor Speedway as the Bristol Lawn Party sets up shop with it’s rowdy entertainment during the Bass Pro Shops NRA Night Race week.

Located in the BMS Fan Zone by the iconic Bristol Tower in Turn 2, the Bristol Lawn Party is your one-stop destination for wacky, wild games and tailgate-style backyard fun. Highlights include giant beer pong, American Ninja Warrior-style inflatables, a mechanical bull and the racing themed pit crew challenge. Guests will also want to be sure to participate in human billiards and take a home a commemorative photo from the Bristol photo booth.

“We want our guests to feel like they are at home and what better way is there to do that than by throwing a backyard bash Bristol style?” said Jerry Caldwell, executive vice president and general manager of Bristol Motor Speedway. “It’s the ultimate lawn party for adults and we made sure to fill it with games that they would want to play.”

Guests attending the races on Friday, Aug. 19 and Saturday, Aug. 20, will be able to join the party, which is free of charge. The Bristol Lawn Party will be open on Friday from 2-7 p.m. and will reopen following the conclusion of the Food City 300 NASCAR XFINITY Series race. The party zone will also be open on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., prior to pre-race for the Bass Pro Shops NRA Night Race NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race.
