The weather is heating up and so is the concrete this Friday night at Kingsport Speedway.
Race No. 7 on the season is scheduled for Friday night, June 10, as six divisions take on “The Concrete Jungle” for over 170 laps of action.
Headlining the night will be the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series Late Model Stock Car division for 60 laps. So far this season, Kres VanDyke has been the dominant performer this season with four victories. Zeke Shell has also been a top performer with two victories to date.
Street Stock (30 laps), Pure 4 (25 laps), Mod 4 (25 laps), Pure Street (25 laps), and Legends (12 laps) divisions are also set for the full night of racing.
Grandstand gates will open at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, qualifying is set for 7 p.m., and racing gets underway at 8 p.m. Adult admission is $10 and children 12-and-under are admitted free. Tier parking is available for $10 per vehicle plus admission.
