NASCAR Welcomes ABB as Founding Partner of Chicago Street Race Weekend

Today, NASCAR announced ABB as a founding partner of the Chicago Street Race Weekend, which will be held from July 6-7 in Grant Park. As a founding partner, ABB will have official presenting, marketing, and promotional rights for the Chicago Street Race Weekend including the NASCAR Cup Series’ Grant Park 165 and NASCAR Xfinity Series’ The Loop 110 races. 

ABB will be featured prominently and integrated into the Chicago Street Course with significant branding in Turns 3-5. The ABB brand will have visibility throughout the Chicago Street Race Weekend with additional on-course branding in a dedicated founding partner section as well as the historic start-finish line near Buckingham Fountain, fan entrances, DraftKings Stage, wayfinding signage, and other locations throughout the event’s footprint.

Through its footprint at the Chicago Street Race, ABB will help educate NASCAR fans on initiatives that create a positive impact on communities through energy efficiency, including the reduction of energy costs in homes and businesses, improving industrial operations through energy efficient technologies, and helping to fortify the grid-to-charger infrastructure for electric transportation.

ABB joins McDonald’s, Xfinity and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois as the founding partners of the Chicago Street Race.
