Tim Dugger to Perform Opening Set for Talladega Superspeedway Saturday Night Concert, Oct. 24

Well-known country music singer/songwriter Tim Dugger, who just last week released his new album, Beer on a Boat – EP, will open Talladega Superspeedway’s Saturday Night Infield Concert, Oct. 24, as part of the CampingWorld.com 500 and fred’s 250 Powered by Coca-Cola weekend, Oct. 23-25.

Dugger, a popular mainstay in NASCAR circles and a past performer at Talladega, will join award-winning Mercury Nashville recording artist Easton Corbin to give fans a double dose of incredible country music in the track’s infamous infield – NASCAR’s Party Capital. Admission to the concert is free with the purchase of a ticket to the CampingWorld.com 500 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series event (Sunday, Oct. 25), the final race in the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Contender Round which will see the field of title contending drivers reduced from 12 to eight at the checkered flag.

An Alabama native, Dugger has a loyal following of race fans, drivers, crew chiefs and fans alike. His energy and excitement  is sure to rock the rowdy infield crowd of the biggest and baddest race track on the planet, at the intersection of Eastaboga and Talladega Boulevards.

Dugger’s latest album, Beer on a Boat – EP, features new songs “Whiskey Kisses,” “Beer on a Boat,” “Hurts Don’t It” and many more that can be purchased on iTunes for $5.99 (http://smarturl.it/DuggerEP). Songs start at $1.29. Talladega Superspeedway’s  latest winner – Dale Earnhardt, Jr., took to Twitter (@DaleJr) Friday to show his support of the new album, stating:
