“I am thrilled to be performing live at the NASCAR Mexico Series race,” said Coronel. “This will be my first NASCAR experience and I’m very excited to be a part of all the action.”

Coronel is the reigning Billboard Latin Music Awards New Artist of the Year and was named to their 21-Under-21 list. Within the first three weeks of releasing his debut album, Con La Frente En Alto, Coronel rose to No. 1 on the Regional Mexican Albums chart in October 2013.

Discovered after his rise to stardom on YouTube, his video for “Escapate” on his debut album currently has over 11 million views. Off his latest album, “Tenerte” was his second Billboard top-10 hit, following “Mi Niña Traviesa,” which peaked at No. 5 in August 2013.
