Scanning for a great deal for the AAA Texas 500 – the eighth race in the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup – on Sunday, Nov. 3, at Texas Motor Speedway?
Texas Motor Speedway will have a limited-time offer beginning 11 a.m. CT today where fans purchasing a pair of frontstretch tickets, which begin as low as $99 for the two seats, also receive a free Racing Electronics radio scanner and headsets rental to enhance the race experience.
The radio scanner/headset rental package, a $45 value, allows fans the opportunity to listen in on the radio communication between drivers and crew chiefs as well as tune in to NASCAR officials, the live PRN radio broadcast or ESPN television broadcast. For novices to the sport, it would be similar to getting to listen in on a NFL head coach conversing on the radio with his quarterback.
Due to the expected demand, the promotion will run for only seven days and conclude at 5 p.m. CT Saturday, Oct. 12, or earlier if the inventory is depleted. The promotion also includes children’s tickets (12 and under), which are $25.
