Fans can celebrate the 20th Running of the Crown Royal Presents the Samuel Deeds 400 at the Brickyard Powered by BigMachineRecords.com on Sunday, July 28 by voting for the best facial hair in the history of NASCAR during the inaugural #SuperStache Bracket ‘Stache-Off.
The #SuperStache Bracket ‘Stache-Off features eight of the best and most memorable moustaches in NASCAR history, and fans may vote for their favorites online in determining the first-ever #SuperStache ‘Stache-Off champion. NASCAR legends vying for the coveted title are Richard Petty, Dale Earnhardt, Jeff Gordon, Mike Helton, Ernie Irvan, Dale Jarrett, Terry Labonte and Tim Richmond.
The winner will be determined over three rounds of voting, with the first round ending Monday, July 8, and the second round concluding Monday, July 15. The winner will be determined when the vote between the two finalists ends Thursday, July 25. Fans may vote during all three rounds of the competition at www.indysuperstache.com.
Fans may also celebrate the greatest facial hair in NASCAR by sharing their own #SuperStache photos on the #SuperStache website at photos.indysuperstache.com and by viewing other submissions through the #SuperStache photo map at www.indysuperstache.com/map.
The 20th running of the Crown Royal Presents the Samuel Deeds 400 at the Brickyard Powered by BigMachineRecords.com on Sunday, July 28 will be the climactic event of the second annual Kroger Super Weekend at the Brickyard.
The weekend schedule also features the NASCAR Nationwide Series racing in the Indiana 250 Saturday, July 27 on the IMS oval, and GRAND-AM Road Racing conducting separate races for its Rolex Sports Car Series and Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge on Friday, July 26 on the 13-turn IMS Grand Prix road course.
