PIR offers fans new ways to purchase tickets

Phoenix International Raceway announced today that tickets to the November AdvoCare 500 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series weekend can now be purchased through PIR’s Facebook Page and Mobile App. Tickets to the popular fall NASCAR weekend at PIR went on sale June 1.

On Facebook fans can click the “Buy Tickets” tab underneath the cover image. From there, information about each day’s event, as well as a link to purchase tickets will be displayed. PIR’s Facebook page can be found by visiting http://www.facebook.com/PhoenixRaceway.

To purchase tickets via the PIR Mobile App, fans can open the app on their smart phone, and from the app’s home page, click the “Buy Tickets” link. From there, they can select which event they want to attend, select their location and/or price range and purchase their tickets without ever leaving the app.

To access the free PIR Mobile App, fans can visit the iTunes App Store or Google Play using keyword search “Phoenix International Raceway”. Please note, the app is currently only available on smart phones, so searching from an iPad, Kindle or similar device will return no results.

The fall weekend features a full schedule of NASCAR entertainment, including racing from NASCAR’s top-three series. Kicking off the weekend is the Lucas Oil 150 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series on Friday, November 8. Saturday, November 9 carries a double header of the NASCAR Nationwide Series 200, followed by the Talking Stick Resort 50 K&N Pro Series-West Race. The Sunday, November 10 semi-final race in the Chase for the Sprint Cup – the AdvoCare 500 – rounds out the exciting weekend.

Race fans can also take advantage of PIR’s ‘Value Pricing’ period and receive extra savings by purchasing their tickets for the AdvoCare 500 early. The ‘Value Pricing’ period takes place June 1 through July 7. Regular pricing begins on July 8 and runs through the start of the November event weekend.
