A Picture Is Worth A Thousand Words!

Indy is a special place in the month of May. The Indianapolis Motor Speedway comes alive.

For fans qualifying weekend is exciting and thrilling. Fans have access to drivers for autographs and photos. No other sport allows access to their players/athletes. Indy Car is special.

Ed Carpenter is on the Pole after being the last one to go out on bump day, he got in the fast-nine shootout and this hometown hero beats out  Simon Pagenaud was on the Pole with a four-lap average of 228.761 mph in the No. 22 Chevrolet. Pagenaud’s teammate, Will Power, was in the middle of row and Josef Newgarden was on the outside of row one

When Ed Carpenter’s first lap was announced at 230.088 miles per hour, the crowd went wild. I overheard one fan say “WOW I JUST GOT GOOSE BUMPS” That’s the thrill of Indy!

In one week we will have another winner in Indy!
