Raphael Lessard, 14, has just win his first life test at the Hickory Soup Kitchen Race to End Hunger 250, North Carolina. It has not been a foregone conclusion for the young race of Saint-Joseph-de-Beauce, who had to wait until halfway before tackling leaders AJ Frank and Christian Eckes.
After starting from the 9th position, Lessard waltzed between the 10th, 9th, 8th and 7th place, leading battles with all the drivers in the Top 10.
