Brady Boswell Ready for The High Banks of Salem Speedway with Mason Mitchell Motorsports

Brady Boswell will return behind the wheel of the No. 98 Chevrolet this weekend for Mason Mitchell Motorsports (MMM) at the historic Salem Speedway located in Salem, Indiana. This weekend marks the 99th race at the ultra-high banked half-mile track for the ARCA Racing Series.

Boswell, who celebrated his 19th birthday last week made his ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards debut two weeks ago at the Fairgrounds Speedway in Nashville finishing 15th. The late model graduate impressed all weekend qualifying fifth and, leading 44 laps during the 200 lap event. Unfortunately, Boswell had to make an unscheduled pit-stop from the sixth position with three laps remaining.

“I was very impressed with the whole Mason Mitchell Motorsports organization our first race out at Salem,” Boswell stated. “Mason and the whole team put a lot of effort into their cars in the offseason to make them as best as possible. I know we will be a contending racecar at Salem.”

“The biggest thing that I learned at Nashville, which will be important for Salem is be smooth on the tires.  Easy in and easy off will be the key. It’s important to get into a safe race pace where you can achieve that goal in order to have something left at the end of the race. The driver that does it the best will be in contention.”

The Watkinsville, Georgia native will pilot the same car that he raced at the Fairgrounds Speedway chassis No. 588.

Boswell is no stranger to racing on short tracks. He won the X-1R Pro Cup rookie of the year in 2013 while finishing fourth in points.  The late model standout compiled 12 top-five’s and 21 top-10’s in 23 starts from 2013-2014.

Chassis: Boswell will pilot chassis No. 588 out of the MMM stable. Chassis 588 has 15 starts with 1 win (Winchester), six top-five’s and nine top-10 finishes. Boswell raced the car and led 44 laps two weeks ago at Nashville and finished 15th
