Drive Vegas Honors Local Breast Cancer Survivors with “Survivor Ride” at Las Vegas Motor Speedway; Celebrates October Donation

Petty Holdings, LLC – the worldwide leader in drive and ride entertainment and owner/operator of Drive Vegas – partnered with the Southern Nevada chapter of the American Cancer Society in the fight against breast cancer during the month of October. To date, Drive Vegas has raised $1,000 by donating 5 percent of all online registrations from any Richard Petty Driving Experience King’s Experience, Zero 1 Desert Adventure Pioneer Adventure, American Muscle Car Challenge and Indy Racing Experience booked at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. To celebrate the successful partnership, Drive Vegas honored local breast cancer survivors with a “Survivor Ride” event* on Oct. 28. five survivors enjoyed a ride-along experience with Richard Petty Driving Experience, riding shotgun for three laps around the Las Vegas Motor Speedway in a 600 horsepower NASCAR style stock car at speeds up to 165 mph.

“We were delighted to use our one-of-a-kind automotive entertainment to support a very important cause this month,” said Karl Fusco, Petty Holdings, LLC, general manager. “With the Survivor Ride event, it was an honor to meet local survivors and provide them with an experience they’ve never had. After all they’ve gone through, these strong women continue to fight by fundraising and advocating for the local ACS chapter, and that should be celebrated.”
