Kaz Grala Returns To Watkins Glen For The Bully Hill Vineyards 125

With two top-5 finishes in his last three starts, Kaz Grala is eager to take on one of North America’s most prestigious road courses, Watkins Glen International for the Bully Hill Vineyards 125.

Ecstatic about racing at one of his favorite venues, the 16-year-old is intent on continuing his competitive season in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East after an impressive comeback drive in Iowa for the #ThanksKenny150.

“After a crazy race in Iowa, and a good recovery by the Ben Kennedy Racing team, I feel very confident that we can take on just about anything that is thrown our way,” says Grala. “Watkins Glen was one of my best tracks last year, so I have no doubt that we can have another great run.”

“In addition to a fourth place finish in the 2014 Bully Hill Vineyards 125, I also scored a victory last year at the Glen in an endurance sports car race driving for Argotec WE Racing,” recalls Grala. “Racing on road courses is how I started my career, so this feels like home.”

Watkins Glen International has hosted every major form of racing since its opening day in 1956.  With racing roots dating back to 1948 on the narrow country roads surrounding the picturesque venue, the community of Watkins Glen embraces their racing history like no other community in the world. Legends of racing have written their names in the history books at Watkins Glen, and Grala hopes to follow in their footsteps at a stomping ground that has been special to him throughout his childhood.

Grala and the Ben Kennedy Racing team are excited to bring Kiklos Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil back on board for this much-anticipated race of the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East, as the second half of the season is underway in full swing.
