Heinricher to Race in Red Bull GRC Lites with Rhys Millen Racing

Jackie Heinricher has entered the 2015 Red Bull Global Rallycross (GRC) Lites competition competing full-time in the series.  As a former US Air Force service member and founder of a successful biotechnology company, she also brings with her experience in multiple racing platforms including Ferrari Challenge and in open wheel cars in the Jim Russell Formula 3 series.

Heinricher will drive the No. 57 GRC Lites car for Rhys Millen Racing. As the first-ever ambassador for The Manadoob Program for Self-Esteem, along with sponsors, her car will feature a Manadoob-themed livery in support of the non-profit organization’s world wide program to help empower children. Visits to military bases, schools and boys and girls clubs will be built into Heinricher’s race season to raise awareness of the Manadoob children’s program for self-esteem and anti-bullying.

“I’m honored to be chosen to represent a program for children as impactful as Manadoob, and proud to have the Manadoob livery as a platform to raise support and awareness for the most significant program addressing self-esteem and anti-bullying issues many children face today,” Heinricher said.

After a season in Ferrari Challenge in 2014, Heinricher will continue in the series while adding GRC Lites races with Rhys Millen Racing to her 2015 schedule.

“Jackie has already proven to me that she has the confidence to get behind the wheel to push her limits and capabilities as far as she can; this initial step is too big for most people to overcome,” said Rhys Millen, owner of Rhys Millen Racing. “Pre-season testing has proven her speed. With Jackie’s personal passion for driving, desire to achieve and thrill for the chase in life, I am confident this season with her will be a rewarding adventure.”

Heinricher kicks off the 2015 RedBull GRC Lites season with Rhys Millen Racing May 31 in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. For more information, visit www.racerjackie.com or find Heinricher on Twitter
