“Mobil 1 The Grid” Returns for Seventh Season

Now in its seventh season, Mobil 1 The Grid will race into 2015 with expanded digital content designed to capture even more motorsports action. From in-the-know and on-the-ground Mobil 1 The Grid exclusive correspondents who will contribute articles to Grid1.TV to the launch of the new Mobil 1 The Grid YouTube channel, the show’s digital platforms will bring fans closer to the track than ever before. 

The 21 episodes of this season’s Mobil 1 The Grid will be broadcast biweekly through December 2015. Local airtimes and dates, as well as exclusive news, features and videos, can be found online at http://www.grid1.tv/.

“This year we’re especially excited to introduce a suite of expanded Mobil 1 The Grid content including a new Mobil 1 The Grid YouTube page and online articles from Mobil 1 The Grid exclusive correspondents that will be featured on Grid1.TV,” added Pearson.

The four Mobil 1 The Grid exclusive correspondents, Jennie Gow, Lee Spencer, and Craig Scarborough, will specifically cover Grand Prix, NASCAR and Technology, respectively. All articles will publish on Grid1.TV. The new Mobil 1 The Grid YouTube channel will showcase driver and team profiles, behind-the-scenes stories and features on the technology that helps race teams compete.

Airing since 2008 in partnership with Sunset & Vine, a leading global sports television distribution and production company, Mobil 1 The Grid features a dynamic mix of content focusing on the world’s most famous race teams and a number of global amateur and grassroots racing programs and circuits.
