FansChoice.tv To Broadcast NASCAR K&N Pro Series West Race At Kern

FansChoice.tv and Kern County Raceway Park announced the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West race at the Bakersfield, Calif., oval will air live on the site Saturday, May 24.

In addition to the Armed Forces 150 – the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West’s second visit to the year-old facility – the site will stream practice and qualifying for the race, as well as the track’s NASCAR Whelen All-American Series events.

“Saturday night provides a unique opportunity for fans around the globe to tune in and see one of NASCAR’s top series at a state-of-the-art race track,” said George Silbermann, NASCAR vice president of regional and touring series. “It will also provide an enhanced viewing experience to the fans in the stands in Bakersfield.”

FansChoice.tv was launched in February as a ground-breaking collaboration between AMA Pro Racing, IMSA and NASCAR to provide a digital platform that streams various races not covered by broadcast television.

“This is a great opportunity for Kern County Raceway Park to be on display in front of a worldwide audience,” Director of Marketing Steven Blakesley said.  “We want to thank NASCAR for streaming the K&N West races from our facility, and hope the race fans enjoy seeing the action live from the comfort of their homes!”

FansChoice.tv is the official home for AMA Pro Road Racing and AMA Pro Flat Track events in 2014. The site also provides coverage of selected IMSA and NASCAR touring and weekly series events.
