Texas-size experience awaits Little on NASCAR Camping World Truck Series

Jesse Little, a member of the 2015 NASCAR Next class, returns to the Camping World Truck Series Friday night for the running of the WinStar World Casino and Resort 350 at Texas Motor Speedway.

Little will be back behind the wheel of his No. 97 Toyota Tundra in an alliance with ThorSport Racing and will have the support of Protect The Harvest, an organization started by Lucas Oil founder, Forrest Lucas.

Protect The Harvest, which was created to fight back and defend American families, farmers, sportsmen and animal owners from the growing threat posed by the radical animal rights movement, will continue to work with ThorSport Racing and its fleet of drivers to spread awareness throughout the 2015 NCWTS season.

“Our team is grateful to continue representing Protect The Harvest in this weekend’s event at Texas Motor Speedway,” Little said. “Their commitment to raise awareness on the issues of extreme animal rights organizations and the efforts they take to impact our society is an important cause we look forward to sharing Protect The Harvest’s message with race fans.”

With solid efforts in his previous series starts, Little is confident his team will be among the front-runners this weekend.

“This team provides me great equipment to drive at each NASCAR Camping World Truck Series event I’ve run this season. We’re looking to put it all together with a strong finish come Friday night at Texas Motor Speedway.”

Little is eager for his first trip to Texas Motor Speedway, he added

“Texas is going to be one of the fastest tracks we’ve been to in my career. It’s known for great racing in the series and puts a premium on handling and power. It’s going to be something I’ll never forget as we gain more experience on the 1.5-mile tracks.”

Little’s goal for the WinStar World Casino and Resort 350 is to contend for a solid finish while continuing to learn all he can behind the wheel of his Camping World Truck Series Toyota.

“Driving in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series has been a great opportunity for me this year. The competition has been incredible and you have to be up on the wheel each lap. It takes a strong mindset each lap to be sure we’re making good lap times and being aware of your competitors around you. There’s a lot going on during a lap in the series and it’s been great to have this team behind me as we head to Texas Motor Speedway for the fist time.”
