Cole Whitt, driver of the No. 35 Rinnai Tankless Water Heaters Ford, comments on racing at Atlanta Motor Speedway:
“Atlanta is still a pretty new track to me, but I’m looking forward to going there. I expect it to have a lot of speed. But we’ll definitely have tire fall-off. It’s one of the coolest things about Atlanta. We fall off so much there. There are cars that could be a half second faster than somebody for one lap. But then five laps into a run, they could be a full second slower than you. It’s probably the track we go to that has the biggest swing as far as tires.
“We’re happy to have Rinnai on our No. 35 Ford Fusion for the Atlanta race. Rinnai is the number-one selling brand of tankless water heaters in the U.S. and Canada, and we’re proud to showcase them to the NASCAR audience.”
